      Great Southern Distillery Limeburners Port Cask Cask Strength Single Malt Whisky has been matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels and finished in an old Australian Port cask. From here it is transfer straight from barrel to bottle, creating a full and intense flavour. When served neat, this whisky has fruit and spice aromas, but add a splash of water and you get malted barley, honey and port mixed with buttery caramel and raisins. 

      Each unique barrel will exhibit its own unique characteristics, creating slight variation from batch to batch.
