Excuse My French Sauvignon Blanc 2017 contains a rich and aromatic flavour, with gooseberry, passionfruit, wild strawberry and citrus coming to the forefront. Floral notes of honeysuckle and minerality complete this well rounded sauvignon blanc.
These Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested in the morning and shortly thereafter pressed. They were allowed a short period of skin contact for colouring and then were transported to stainless steel vats at low temperatures for fermentation to begin. Serve well chilled. Pair with prawns or a very spicy curry.
