Lovely youthful vibrant raspberry and spicy notes lead the Eden Road The Long Road Pinot Noir 2017, on to a bright crunchy medium bodied structure with lovely silky tannins and length.
20% Whole bunches are included with the balance de-stemmed for fermentation over the bunches. The alcoholic fermentation was carried in open fermenters. Following fermentation the fruit is lightly pressed directly to old french puncheons. The wine was matured for 7 months in French oak, racked form barrel and gently filtered to bottle.
