      Don Papa Baroko Rum is made on the island of Negros, Philippines. It is distilled from molasses known locally as "black gold", the black gold quo comes from one of the many local mills on the island.

      Aged in American oak barrels from where the master blender then selects the most expressive barrels, those that reveal the strongest vanilla and fruit notes. To this blend is added a little bit of local sugar cane. It is then cold filtered and bottled at 40%. At the very sweet end of the rum spectrum, it promises a seductive dessert drink, or is ideal if you want to sweeten up classic rum-based cocktails.

      This rum is bursting with bold, ripe tropical fruit flavours, silky smooth vanilla and a touch of dry, toasted oak, Don Papa Baroko is rich and perfectly balanced with a touch of dried dates and raisins, and toasted oak on the finish.
