      It is fair to say that Domaine Simha founder Nav Singh does things his own way. While always looking to do something new, Nav's winemaking is mainly traditional, using very few additions and sourcing fruit from a variety of sites, picked according to the lunar calendar. The grapes for the 2018 Nature Pinot Noir come off a single vineyard in the Derwent Valley that produces a spicy, complex and aromatic style of wine. Really delicious drinking.
