Positioned between the Premier Cru sites of Vaillons and Montmains on Chablis’ left bank, Les Pargues delivers a level of detail and precision rarely seen in a village wine.
The fruit was hand-picked and fermented with native yeasts, reflecting the domaine’s commitment to organic and biodynamic farming. Around 30 percent of the wine was aged in seasoned oak, the balance in stainless steel, achieving a fine equilibrium between purity, texture and depth.
