A premier cru of quiet detail and crystalline focus. From a 0.16-hectare parcel of 25-year-old vines, Domaine Moreau-Naudet’s Chablis 1er Cru Beauregard 2023 expresses the clarity and tension of its steep, south-facing slope. The shallow clay and Kimmeridgian limestone soils lend precision and length, shaping a Chablis that balances freshness with quiet persistence.

Vinified entirely in stainless steel, this second release from Beauregard highlights purity and site transparency. The absence of oak allows the mineral depth and saline energy of the vineyard to emerge unfiltered. Low yields and restrained alcohol (12.5%) give the wine its poised frame and natural lift.

In magnum, Beauregard 2023 takes on added composure. Its taut structure and fine acidity promise graceful development, revealing more texture and dimension with time. This is Chablis rendered with restraint, clarity, and purpose.

      Domaine Moreau-Naudet

When Stéphane Moreau took over his family’s Chablis estate in 1993, he quietly reshaped its future. Influenced by Burgundy’s most revered growers—Vincent Dauvissat, Didier Dagueneau, and Clos Rougeard’s Nadi Foucault—he reintroduced time-honoured, pre-industrial methods that brought a new clarity and complexity to the wines. His deep curiosity and instinctive talent positioned Domaine Moreau-Naudet as one of the most exciting names in Chablis, championing an expression of terroir that was tactile, precise, and anything but conventional.

Following Stéphane’s untimely passing in 2016, his wife Virginie Moreau and assistant winemaker Coco chose to carry on the work he’d started. With the support of a tight-knit circle of growers and a clear commitment to the estate’s original philosophy, they have ensured continuity—both in spirit and in quality. Under Virginie’s watch, the domaine hasn’t just survived; it has strengthened its standing, earning a coveted two-star rating in *La Revue du Vin de France*, just behind Raveneau and Dauvissat.

      Delicate and Marine

White orchard fruits and grapefruit zest meet hints of oyster shell, white flowers, and a saline breeze.

      Bright and Focused

Medium-bodied and incisive, showing citrus and green apple layered with fine chalk texture and lively acidity.

      FINISH
      Long and Sapid

Persistent, mineral, and finely tuned, with a saline edge and light spice lending lift.
