The Cake Wines Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep colour and aromas of ripe red currant and mulberry combine with some tobacco like notes followed by spicy vanillin cedar and bay leaf. Medium bodied with good richness and a slightly chewy feel the palate dishes up ripe red currant and mulberry flavours over subtle cedary tobacco characters and infusions of bay leaf. Good concentration, firmish tannins and a medium length finish.
