Bakery Hill Double Wood Single Malt Whisky is a single barrel, small batch whisky distilled in Victoria. This whisky is matured first in American Oak and then finished in European French Oak.
This whisky is the burnished bronze in colour. The nose begins with hints of coconut, plum, and apricot. It then develops into plum pudding and golden syrup with a spicy hint of cloves. The palate has flavours of orange marmalade with characteristics of well balanced oak and rich nougat sweetness.
