      Baker Hill's flagship, classic single malt, is what started it all when Dave Baker begun distilling 20 years ago. This is Victoria's own "Speyside" style with notes of nutmeg, spiced apple, honey, and heaps of rich, malty sweetness. If you enjoy a Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, or Macallan, you'll be sure to love Bakery Hill Classic Single Malt

      The resulting whisky is a light, translucent gold colour. The nose has layers of spiced honey, green apples, and a hint of cedar. Flavour ramps up across the palate with nutmeg, spiced honey, and a malty richness layered on as a finale. The finish lingers but is smooth, leaving a satisfying warmth.
