      Alberto Ballarin is born thanks to the union of the values ​​of tradition, the land and the authentic flavours with which Giorgio grew up and Alberto’s innovation, determination and look towards the future. It is the fruit of the harmony of their past, present and future.

      For several years at Alberto Barrain, they have been practicing sustainable viticulture, which consists of minimal and non-invasive treatments and without the use of pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers. A lot of manual work, the skilful hand handed down for generations in the Ballarin family. In the cellar, on the other hand, they seek balance – that harmony of sensations which can blend sweetness, elegance and drinkability – and territoriality, through respect for their vineyards and the pursuit of maximum health of their grapes bunches.

      Alberto Ballarin Barolo was aged 26 months in wood (14 months in French oak barriques, 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels). This wine is garnet-orange in colour. Rich, elegant bouquet with floral notes of rose and violet. In the mouth it is refined, slightly tannic, persistent, spicy. Also suitable for aging.
