The 2019 Cabernet Franc delivers a bit of both. This is 100% carbonic maceration with blackcurrant, ripe raspberries, wild herbs and a touch of spice. Light bodied, but plenty of concentration and packed full of juicy. small berried fruits, sappy green and spicy notes. The finish is cool and fresh with a little snap to the fruit to clean it all up.
