The 42 Degrees South Sparkling Rosé NV is crafted by Frogmore Creek in the Coal River Valley, one of Tasmania’s most acclaimed sparkling regions. The blend is led by Pinot Noir (90%), with small portions of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay adding balance and texture. Sourced entirely from the Campania subregion in southern Tasmania, it reflects the island’s latitude — 42 degrees south — where long ripening and cool air produce fruit of natural freshness and clarity.

      Made in the traditional method, this rosé combines the precision of Tasmanian sparkling winemaking with a delicate red-berry vibrancy. The deep salmon hue hints at a short maceration on Pinot skins, giving both colour and flavour detail. Ageing on lees introduces a soft, creamy texture beneath the bright strawberry and cherry fruit. The result is a sparkling rosé that feels clean, poised and quietly expressive. Shaped by the cool maritime light that defines the region.
