The blend is led by Pinot Noir (90%), with small portions of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay adding balance and texture. Sourced entirely from the Campania subregion in southern Tasmania, it reflects the island’s latitude — 42 degrees south — where long ripening and cool air produce fruit of natural freshness and clarity.

      Made in the traditional method, this rosé combines the precision of Tasmanian sparkling winemaking with a delicate red-berry vibrancy. The deep salmon hue hints at a short maceration on Pinot skins, giving both colour and flavour detail. Ageing on lees introduces a soft, creamy texture beneath the bright strawberry and cherry fruit. The result is a sparkling rosé that feels clean, poised and quietly expressive. Shaped by the cool maritime light that defines the region.
