Coming from one of Japan’s oldest sake and shochu producers, Sasanokawa Shuzo have been making whisky since 1946 and famously helped Ichiro Akuto (Achiro’s Malt) rescue his whisky stock and build his brand.
The Yamazakura Fine Blended Black Label Whisky has notes of orange blossom and cedary oak and an attractive palate of green apples, salted caramel and yellow plums.
