Product Description:
Dalmore’s house style, magnified across three rare cask dimensions.
The Dalmore 35 Year Old is a masterclass in composure. Crafted from a trinity of exceptional casks—American white oak ex-Bourbon, rare Colheita Port pipes, and 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butts—it represents one of the distillery’s most refined releases. Once these elements reach peak maturity, they’re married in first-fill Bourbon barrels to harmonise into a single, seamless expression.
Only a limited number of bottles are released, a fact that underscores both the rarity of the spirit and the patience involved in its production. Each cask contributes its own texture and tone: the Port gives ripeness, the Sherry brings complexity, and the Bourbon barrels anchor the whisky with classic Highland warmth.
A contemplative dram built for those who seek nuance and depth. Best served neat, savoured slowly with toasted nuts or dark stone fruit tarts.
