Stockade Mr. Fruju NEIPA is a tropical, hazy mash. A perfect blend of juicy and bitter. The brewer chose not to add the hops during the boil, instead waiting until the whirlpool got to the highest concentration possible, still delivering a fairly low IBU. From there, it was dry hopped in two seperate doses. Using more than 40% oats and unmalted wheat provided a velvety mouthfeel with a significant haze.
