      Proudly Melbourne based, Starward source all their ingredients within a day’s drive of their city distillery and use red wine barrels to import maximum flavour. A uniquely Australian producer of character and interest. 

      Starting with Starward single grain whisky, fully matured in red wine barrels, the guys then partnered with craft distillery Adelaide Hills to create a bespoke red wine vermouth, infused with native botanicals like wattle seed, and finally added orange bitters. 

      No need to shake the Starward Red Manhattan with ice; simply keep in the fridge and serve chilled.
