      Pete's Pure Sauvignon Blanc shows a fragrant zesty nose with gooseberry, passion-fruit, and tropical fruits, married with a flinty, mineral edge. The palate follows with intensely wounded passion-fruit. A nervous tension is added from the slate light acidity but is balanced with the fuller weighted mouth watering full finish. Enjoy this wine with friends and the simplicity of french fries or a decadent shellfish dish.
