Founded in 1810, Perrier-Jouët was established by Pierre Nicolas Perrier and Rose Adélaide Jouët, uniting trade and viticulture from the outset. Adélaide guided the vineyards and winemaking, while Pierre Nicolas developed the House internationally, with early exports to Britain and the United States. In the late 19th century, Octave Gallice introduced the now signature anemone motif, created by Émile Gallé, linking the House to the Art Nouveau movement that continues to shape its identity.
The House has long favoured a refined, Chardonnay-led style, supported by estate vineyards across Champagne, including Grand Cru sites in Cramant and Avize. Among its early contributions was the development of lower-dosage Champagne, allowing fruit purity to define the wine. This approach extends to its Blanc de Blancs, first produced in the 1920s, well before the style became widely recognised. Today, Perrier-Jouët remains part of the Pernod Ricard group, with a focus on precision, balance, and continuity.
Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs NV expresses Chardonnay with clarity and lift. Aromas of citrus, white flowers, and fresh pear lead into a fine, mineral palate shaped by bright acidity and soft texture. The finish is clean and persistent, carrying subtle floral notes. It works well as an aperitif or alongside oysters, sashimi, or lightly dressed salads.
This limited edition set includes one bottle of Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs NV presented with two Perrier-Jouët champagne glasses.
Note: The floral artwork on the glassware may differ in design and colour from the image shown.
