In 1916, Nousaku began manufacturing Buddhist ritual objects, Japanese tea sets and vases made of brass and bronze in Takaoka, Japan. Whilst these items have a simple appearance, the process that goes into manufacturing these pieces often requires many steps. As an example, the fine appearance of their tableware items is due to the advanced advanced casting and refined finishing techniques of master craftsmen.
These items are produced using pure tin. It is common to add other metallic materials to provide durability and facilitate cutting work, but Nousaku uses tin without any additives. Accumulated experience of skilled craftsmen enables them to produce these unique pieces. Tin ware cooled in a refrigerator for 2-3 minutes will keep Sake fresh and cold.
This set includes 5 Sake Cups. All cups in the set have gold leafing.
