      The team behind Morris Distillery has over six generations of craftsmanship in winemaking, blending and aging passed down through bloodline. This has allowed them to really master the production of the truly remarkable flavour in their Australian Single Malt Whisky.

      Morris Rutherglen Muscat Barrel Finished Single Malt Australian Whisky has been matured in a combination of American and French oak ex-wine barrels then finished in rare Morris Muscat barrels, previously used to create multi-award winning Muscat. The resulting whisky is a deep, rich copper colour with reddish hues. Rich aromas of figs, dates, and dark molasses. The palate is well balanced and complex. The aromas flow to the palate with flavours of sweet malt, dried fig, vanilla, and spices with creamy mouth feel. Superb oak influence, lovely finish with satisfying after taste that lingers on the palate.
