Mezcal Eterno is produced traditionally by fourth generation mezcal producer Don Nacho in the San Dionisio Ocotepec region, Oaxaca. It's made from 100% Espadín Agave (harvested after around 10 years) and aged for 2 years in American oak casks. Oak and smoke notes intertwine and are supported by dried herbs, caramel and lemon curd. Fascinating & complex expression.
