      Lark Distillery Classic Cask Single Malt Whisky is handcrafted in the Coal River Valley. This whisky is double-distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills and aged in carefully selected small casks. It features the butterscotch and citrus of the Lark style with hints of Tasmanian peat.

      On the nose this whisky is all things vanilla and golden syrup with hints of grapefruit and oranges. Christmas cakes, cinnamon sticks, plus pudding, nutmeg and Tasmania peat smoke follow. The palate of sweet vanilla transformers into a heady combo of butterscotch, cloves, grapefruit, nutmeg, and orange peel. The finish is long and satisfyingly smoky with notes of butterscotch and citrus.
