Dr. Edge North Chardonnay 2019

Dr. Edge North Chardonnay 2019 vintage is from the Tamar Valley in Northern Tasmania. The fruit was whole bunch pressed into old oak casks for a natural fermentation process. There it was for 9 months untouched. This wine is powerful but not over the top. It is rich with stone fruits, bright acidity and mineral presence. 

Similar to the Pinot Noir musings but with the white classic.
