For over six generations, the Salmon family has tended their vineyards in Sancerre with a dedication to terroir and tradition. Led by Armand Salmon and his wife Marie, Domaine Christian Salmon encompasses 15 hectares in the famous Côteaux Buétons, with additional holdings in Pouilly-sur-Loire’s Clos des Criots vineyard. Their vines grow in marl and limestone soils rich in oyster fossils (Kimmeridgian), imparting a unique mineral quality to their wines.
