This rose is a blend of the oldest grapes in the Chateau Peyrassol vineyard. It is a low yield producing full-bodied grapes, bearing the hallmark qualities of the terroir.
The Chateau Peyrassol Rose is pale in colour with overtones of soft tinted roses. The nose has subtle hints of apricot, citrus, floral notes, and vine peach. The palate is beautifully dense, lively and delicate, and is full bodied yet balanced.
Enjoy this Rosé with fish soups, carpaccios and all varieties of grilled fish, but will also add sparkle to red berry desserts.
