      The style is classic yet contemporary, shaped by a mix of modern and traditional techniques that safeguard freshness and fruit purity. Straw-yellow with golden highlights, it reveals aromas of pear, melon and jasmine alongside notes of citrus zest, almond and a touch of vanilla. On the palate, vibrant acidity and subtle mineral detail give length and energy, finishing with a gentle nod of almond and honey.

      Ca’ Erto

      Ca’ Erto is a multi-generational estate in Veneto led by Gino Magnabosco and his family. They tend vineyards on the hills above their winery, maintaining steep slopes that yield lower crops and stronger expression from the vines. Their region is Soave, which has soils of volcanic origin and limestone, giving distinct mineral depth in many vineyards. Ca’ Erto blends Garganega (about 90 %) with Trebbiano di Soave (about 10 %) in their Soave white.

      The winery uses a mix of traditional and modern viticultural and winemaking techniques. Hand tending, careful grape selection, and attention to vineyard health are matched with modern improvements in grape producing technology to preserve purity of fruit and freshness in the wines. Even though Ca’ Erto is not formally certified organic, they farm using organic practices and follow an environmentally respectful approach both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
