      An Enigma in every sense of the word. This Bowmore Enigma 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky expression was released for the market, boasting a sweeter profile due to the greater proportions sherry matured whisky. A soft, easy drinking style with plenty of peat to boot.

      The nose has hints of sherry, malty toffee, biscuit oats, roast spicy pork. The palate is heavily sherried with a wisp of wood smoke. Lots of pepper and spice with black treacle sweetness and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is short with a white pepper sweetness.
