    Under the direction of Chief Winemaker, John Kavanagh, Te Kairanga's winemaking philosophy places a premium on the character of each vineyard. This Sauvignon Blanc is made from individual vineyard parcels, gently pressed on arrival and cool fermented in stainless steel to maintain its clean, fresh flavour. 

    The 2022 vintage of Te Kairanga Sauvignon Blanc is full of tropical fruits and fragrant fresh herb aromatics. The palate has a beautiful balance between texture and flavour. A classic Martinborough wine with refreshing and vibrant characteristics. Pair this with an asparagus quiche or an herb crusted snapper for a favourable match.
