Mr Mick is South Australian winemaking legend Tim Adams tribute to his friend and mentor Mick Knappstein, which has seen the original property reinvigorated along with the creation of a range of wines that showcase the best Clare Valley has to offer.
The 2018 Mr Mick Shiraz is a great example of this with those typical Clare characters of power, poise and length. This wine is all pepper, dark berry fruit and spice with a lick of oak rounding things out. Delicious drinking at a very attractive price.
