Mon Tout Kind Animals 2025

‘Mon Tout’ - in French, means ‘my everything’.  It's an ode to the great loves in our lives.

And that's what Mon Tout is for the winery. They've always loved the raw possibilities and natural outcomes of minimal intervention winemaking, and have worked over the years to source fruit with lower impact and gentler farming - which they believe is the future for wine. 

With the Mon Tout Kind Animals each grape brings something different to the blend. Grenache brings a talc-like strawberry dust, stalky chalky tannins and a nice defining grip, Syrah imparts intense dark cherry, exotic sweet spice, liquorice root and savoury bush herbs, while adding a concentration and softness to the palate, as well as fine tannins and a gentle mineral grip to finish and Pinot Noir gives lush red berries and pretty blueberry fruit notes and a supple opulence to the mid palate.

Lifted notes of milk chocolate and coffee are complemented by an array of plush and plummy flavours. Dark forest floor fruits leap from the glass with notes of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and blackberry swirling from its captivating core. As the wine opens the fruit flavours mellows to reveal veiled notes of sweet earth, mountain herbs, and rose petal adding intrigue, depth, and complexity. The palate is approachable and inviting with its easy tannin and juicy fruit profile leading to a finish complete with lingering notes of Campari.
