      Ehime is the north western prefecture in the island of Shikoku. This umeshu is shochu based for light dry taste. 

      The Kuramoto no Umeshu is a light and rounded plum wine from Ehime Prefecture (Shikoku) that is pleasant to drink. The fresh and fruity nose is reminiscent of ripened plum, marzipan and cassis. Delightfully smooth and soft in the palate this plum wine is ideal for being enjoyed straight.
