      The spirit was treated to a 12 month finish in Cedar Wood Port casks, imparting a rather lovely colour and flavour profile, full of lots of jammy fruits. Aromas of cherry jam and candied forest fruit, vanilla custard and chai spices. More rich cherries, with dried dark fruits, salted caramel and vanilla pod across the palate. Warming spiced vanilla finish with a lingering port fruitiness and baking spice.
