      Garden Grown Gin has produced this limited edition gin to help with the Blue Mountains’ bushfire relief and regrowth. It is the distilleries third collaboration with an iconic Australian botanic garden and arguably the most important. The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden Mount Tomah suffered catastrophic damage from the 2019/20 bushfires. Profits from this bottle will help support the Garden’s staff rebuild and restore this crucial collection.

      Crafted with Master Distiller, Philip Moore, this gin features Eucalyptus pulverulenta as its hero botanical – some say it’s this gum, commonly known as ‘Baby Blue’, that’s behind the famous blue haze of the mountains. And like the mountains themselves, it’s a fresh and cooling homage to this iconic Australian landmark. Juniper plays a big part too, with the balance of this gin coming from a little Angelica, Liquorice root, and Valencia Orange.
