The nose has aromas of cold-smoked butter, corn husk, bbq fit, confectioners' sugar, bbq put, chilli peppers, and graham crackers. All things Texas! The aromas follow to the palate with butter, orange marmalade, sweet tea, chili peppers, candied oak smoke, and English pip tobacco. A long, dry finish with an herbal, mint freshness, ending in a mineralness as smoke returns.
