Produced in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia, Amadio Ruby’s Rosé is the only Merlot dominant Rosé in Australia and modelled after the Bordeaux version. Having spent a greater time with skin contact, it has extracted a greater depth of flavour and a darker ruby colour. The 2019 vintage has aromas of cranberry and strawberries following through to a textural and rounded middle palate.
Ruby loves to make every moment feel like a winning day at the races and her wines will add sparkle to any occasion.
