G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut NV and Piper-Heidsieck Brut Champagne NV are two of the most recognised names in non-vintage Champagne. This bundle pairs them together for less than the cost of buying both bottles separately.
G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut NV Named for the red diagonal sash that crosses every bottle, Cordon Rouge is Mumm's flagship — a fresh, precise Brut built on Pinot Noir with lifted citrus and brioche notes. It opens clean and finishes dry. The Champagne you reach for before dinner.
Piper-Heidsieck Brut Champagne NV Rounder in style than the Mumm, Piper-Heidsieck leads with riper stone fruit and a fuller, creamier finish. Best served at 8 to 10°C in a coupe or white wine glass alongside food. The bottle for the table, not just the toast.
Bundle includes:
Serve: Chilled at 6 to 9°C (Mumm) / 8 to 10°C (Piper) · Flute or coupe · Aperitif through to main course

G.H. Mumm is one of the most respected and historic champagne houses in France, known for producing premium sparkling wines that embody elegance and celebration. Founded in 1827 in Reims, the heart of the Champagne region, the company quickly established a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and high-quality champagne production. The house was created by the Mumm family, a German family of wine merchants who believed that only the finest grapes and production methods should be used in making champagne. Over the years, G.H. Mumm became internationally recognized for its signature “Cordon Rouge” label, symbolized by the red ribbon inspired by the French Legion of Honor. The champagne house is admired for combining tradition with innovation, ensuring that every bottle reflects consistency, freshness, and sophistication. Its winemaking process involves careful grape selection from some of the best vineyards in Champagne, followed by meticulous blending by experienced cellar masters. Today, G.H. Mumm continues to be associated with luxury celebrations, motorsports victories, and prestigious global events, making it one of the most iconic champagne brands in the world.
Piper-Heidsieck's roots trace back to Florens-Louis Heidsieck, who created the original company of Heidsieck & Co to pursue his ambition of “creating a cuvée worthy of a queen”. He fulfilled his dream perhaps earlier than anyone could have expected: once Marie Antoinette had tasted his creation, she became the first Heidsieck & Co ambassador. Florens-Louis’ nephew, Christian Heidsieck joined the venture alongside Guillaume Piper and once Florens-Louis died in 1828, the duo decided to continue the adventure side by side, founding Champagne Piper-Heidsieck.
In 2011 both Charles Heidsieck and Piper-Heidsieck were bought by EPI Group headed by Christopher Descours, he has pumped significant finance into the companies allowing them to grow their vineyard holdings, grape purchasing and production. The brands are now growing their sales fast after many decades of decline. Today, production occurs alongside sister company Charles Heidsieck in an ultra-modern functional wine-making facility on the southern outskirts of Reims.
