Unico Zelo Slate Farm Fiano 2021

Unico Zelo is the project of winemaking couple Brendan and Laura Carter. In their words, their aim is to create “Italian-inspired, textural and site-expressive wines” and “Australian examples of Mediterranean varieties in an approachable and jovial fashion.”

Slate Farm has always been the ‘drink now’ Fiano in our 'Untamed' Range, with plenty of that tropical vibrancy that makes it so smashable. Great pineapple tang to it, lime zest with a slatey, clean edge finish. It's a weapons-grade food pairing - seriously, if you haven't had Slate Farm with Tacos you have not lived.  An “if you like Pina Coladas” kinda wine.
