Komos Añejo Reserva is a masterpiece, meticulously aged for a minimum of 12 months in a distinctive blend of French oak wine barrels, bourbon barrels, and sherry casks. Made from perfectly ripe 100% Blue Weber Agave, hand-harvested from the distinct terroirs of both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco’s Tequila Valley, this tequila is roasted in traditional stone ovens, naturally fermented, and twice distilled in copper pot stills. The meticulous aging process enhances its complexity, while the gentle aeration through tumbling softens the tequila’s mouthfeel, making it as smooth as it is flavourful. The resulting expression is one that combines finesse, balance, and elegance, ideal for sipping or creating sophisticated cocktails.
