      Internationally renowned for their Ryes, Belgrove's Peter Bingnell, is a Tasmanian farmer turned distiller. He is best know as a Mad Scientist for his unconventional equipment and techniques. The  Belgrove Distillery 4 Year Old Rye Whisky has aromas of smoky mezcal, barbequed pineapple, earthy with green fruits, and peppery rye malt. The palate is of lemon and honey, fireplace embers, milk chocolate and white sugar.
