Chandon Blanc de Blanc 2016

As a widely planted grape in Australia, Chardonnay, represents around a quarter of the total grape harvest. Because of this, there is a large variety of locations and each location providing different sets of flavours. The Chandon Blanc de Blanc 2016 vintage has green edges and is pale yellow in colour. It has persistent mouse and fine bubbles. The nose has aromas of quince, lemon myrtle, green pear, and seaspray. The oak barrels provide a subtle cinnamon spice blend. Enjoy flavours of quince and citrus on the palate with wonderful acidity and tension, soft texture with very fine bubbles.
