Tenuta San Guido describes 2018 as a classic Sassicaia vintage, with a cool and wet beginning to the season followed by favourable summer conditions that encouraged gradual, balanced ripening. The resulting wine combines ripe dark and red fruit with herbal, floral and savoury complexity rather than relying on sheer weight.
