Sullivans Cove 21 Year Old 25th Anniversary Special Edition was bottled in celebration of Sullivan's Cove's 25th anniversary in 2019. This is the oldest whisky released by Sullivans Cove to date. Distilled in the very early days of Sullivans Cove in the late 1990s, this bottling is a marriage of four of only 162 casks every produced in that era, most of which were bottled and sold years ago.
