Ravensworth introduced a different production approach for this release to place greater emphasis on clarity and the natural expression of the fruit. The wine was fermented and matured for two years in a 20-hectolitre Stockinger foudre. This large-format oak vessel helps minimise overt small-barrel influence, preserving freshness while gradually developing texture and complexity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAromatically, the wine presents peach-toned fruit, grapefruit and saline mineral notes alongside distinctive nougat and hazelnut characters.
