Fermentation took place on skins for up to two weeks, allowing the ripe fruit to build colour, flavour and supple tannin before 10 months of maturation in François Frères and Cavin French oak barriques and puncheons.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003eWild strawberry and fresh raspberry lead into violet and dried herbs, with plum skin, cacao and freshly cracked pepper adding depth through the palate.
