Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur

The Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur is still produced using the original recipe created in 1821. The cherries are harvested from Luxardo's own trees at the beginning of every summer  and the solid components are then infused in larchwood vats for three years. The liqueur is then distilled in small copper pot stills and aged in Finnish ash wood for the remaining year. Finally, a combination of sugar and water is added before bottling.

Luxardo Maraschino Originale can be enjoyed in many classic cocktails or neat as an after dinner aperitif. It is also ideal over fruits such as strawberries, pineapples, oranges etc. or as a flavor in confectionary and ice creams.
