Situated at an elevation between 300 to 400 metres on an impossibly steep 32-degree slope with red volcanic loam soils, this cool-climate vineyard naturally produces Pinot Noir of exceptional purity, concentration, and structural length. The 2025 vintage fruit was handpicked from a single block and chilled overnight before being 100% destemmed into a seasoned French oak vat for fermentation. Following a four-day cold soak and 15 days on skins, the wine completed malolactic fermentation and matured in French oak barriques (22% new) for ten months on its lees before gravity bottling without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the palate, it exhibits a rich and opulent core of alpine red fruits, wild cherry-plum juice, herbal bitters, orange peel, and sandalwood framed by delicate floral lifts.
