The cooler sections contribute freshness and mineral definition, while the warmer parcels provide additional flesh and aromatic generosity. Each parcel is vinified separately before blending, helping preserve the distinctive qualities of the individual sites. The 2024 vintage produced remarkably concentrated fruit despite the difficult, cool growing season, giving Vaillons both precision and depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is fermented in tank, emphasising purity of fruit and the character of the Premier Cru site.
