Led by Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir with a small amount of Chardonnay, it is a beautifully composed rosé with texture, energy and depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1614\"\u003eThe fruit was hand-harvested before whole-bunch pressing, with slightly higher pressure used to draw gentle colour and primary fruit character from the skins. Pinot Meunier was fermented in tank and Pinot Noir in barrel, followed by malolactic fermentation. A small addition of still Pinot Noir at tirage brings further colour before secondary fermentation in bottle and 22 months of ageing on lees.
