Led by Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir with a small amount of Chardonnay, it is a beautifully composed rosé with texture, energy and depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit was hand-harvested before whole-bunch pressing, with slightly higher pressure used to draw gentle colour and primary fruit character from the skins. Pinot Meunier was fermented in tank and Pinot Noir in barrel, followed by malolactic fermentation. A small addition of still Pinot Noir at tirage brings further colour before secondary fermentation in bottle and 22 months of ageing on lees. Disgorged in September 2024 with a low dosage of 6g\/L, it balances richness with a distinctly dry, precise finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2022 opens with strawberry and red berry fruit, subtle red florals and gentle spice. The palate has a supple, creamy texture without losing freshness, with fine bubbles and bright acidity carrying the fruit through to a dry, savoury close.
